Need to contact management? You can call the building directly at (844) 321-2200, email at iconfrontdesk@craftpropertygroup.com, or visit the main reception desk and request to speak to management. Our offices are located on the main floor close to the elevators.

Pricing is based on availability. To receive our floor plans and prices please click here and fill out your information. You will be sent our pricing PDF via email or text.

Utilities and internet are not included. High speed Internet is available through 3rd party providers. All residents are responsible for creating and managing their own Metergy Account for utility payments.

A standard lease is 12 months.

Yes you are allowed to sublet your room/apartment. Please contact iconadmin@craftpropertygroup.com for details.

Parking spots are limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Please speak to our management team to reserve your spot. Call (844) 321-2200, or email officemanager@craftpropertygroup.com.

Yes, there is paid visitor parking available at Icon. Please visit the south tower lobby front desk for registration and payment. Vehicles not registered will be ticketed and possibly towed at the owner's sole expense.

Yes, certain pets are allowed as per the condominium corporation's Declaration, Rules and By-laws.

Yes, there is bike storage.
